Mercy St. Louis is offering a 16-week NICU Nurse Residency Fellowship for new graduate RNs, a full-time program beginning January 2027. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and family-centered support in a Level IV NICU with a strong teamwork culture.
Position includes night shifts (36 hours/week), night differential pay, and day-one medical, dental, and vision benefits. Additional programs include RN to BSN bridge and loan forgiveness to support your career growth.
