Facilities Front Office Student Worker

Job Summary:The Front Office Student Worker will assist with the administrative functions of Facilities Management. This role involves handling customer inquiries, service requests, and assisting with campus facility records under the supervision ofoffice staff.

Job Duties:

• Answer phones, assist visitors, and respond to general inquiries at the service call desk.
• Receive, log, and process routine and emergency work requests; escalate urgent issues to the clerical staff, Customer Care Manager or relevant trades.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping.
• Assist with key requests, electronic access updates, and ESU Fleet vehicle coordination.
• Support staff in surveying building spaces, updating campus directories, and performing supervised ADA compliance checks.
• Complete other clerical tasks and related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Current ESU Student
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to skillfully complete clerical work.

Additional Information:

• Hourly Rate $15.00

Employment Eligibility & University Commitment

Must be at least 18 years old and have English literacy skills.
