General Laborer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Site Laborer who likes working outdoors. In this role, you will do much more than carry out manual tasks.   Perform demanding physical labor including digging, lifting, moving materials, and clearing debris.

  Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials strictly according to layout specifications.

• Tool Operation:
  Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic site equipment.

• Problem Solving:
  Identify problems or safety hazards on-site and propose quick, practical solutions.

• Quality Control:
  Maintain a clean, organized work area and inspect work to catch problems early.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
