BEHAVIOR HEALTH TECHNICIAN(BHT-ABA) / REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

Hours will include center-based location but can also include home/school/community settings based on the need for hours in caseload.

• Provides face-to-face behavioral interventions to implement Individualized Treatment Plans
• Delivers and models treatment interventions
• Provides positive reinforcement to the clients with guided feedback to families
• Implements consequences for inappropriate actions as agreed upon
• Communicates with peers and co-workers and exchanges information which is important in achieving the individual goals for the clients
• Completes all required electronic billing in accordance with company policies
• Communicates and works with BC-ABA and BCBA on implementation of treatment programs, including social programs and VB-MAPP

• Have a certification as a BCaBA, RBT, OR Have a bachelor's degree and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.
• Must have a PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, valid Driver's License.

Salary: $23 - $26 per hour
