• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, including transfers and exercises, to promote physical wellbeing.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Administer medication as directed and monitor any health changes or concerns, reporting them to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Foster a supportive and positive environment, promoting clients’ independence and dignity.
• Engage clients in stimulating activities and social interactions to encourage mental and emotional wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided and observations made.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
