Seasonal Tube Attendant $12.00/Hour

We are seeking Seasonal Tube Hill Attendants for our Snow Tubing Recreation Hill at the resort. The Tube Hill Attendant will report directly to the Tube Hill Supervisor and will be responsible for providing a safe and fun experience in all tubing related activities, by monitoring all areas within the Winter Fun Center to prevent accidents and provide guest assistance.

• Direct and assist guests in a professional manner with all needs related to tubing and the surrounding area
• Adhere to proper dress code required for this position including sun block, gloves, boots, etc
• Maintain the safe operation of all equipment and stations within the tubing area by performing and recording daily tests
• Handle and return equipment properly including radios, tubes, shovels, etc
• Adhere to all opening and closing procedures during the scheduled shift
• Maintain a clam and professional demeanor while assisting guests at all times especially during times that incidents may occur
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for all employees and guests
• Comply with all company procedures and policies as outlined
• Assist with maintaining safe level of activity within all tubing areas including: monitoring behavior, use of area, and adherence to all safety rules
• Carry out all safety rules and enforcement policies as designated by manager
• Adhere to OSHA requirements
• Maintain working knowledge of resort wide and surrounding scenic attractions and info
• Any other duties assigned by management

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Must be flexible to work holidays, evenings and weekends
• Must have ability to read written instructions and write legibly
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Clear speaking voice
