Registered Nurse

Pyramid Healthcare at East Stroudsburg is committed to offering comprehensive and robust treatment options to adults struggling with Substance Use Disorders. Under a passionate leadership team and committed support staff we assist our clients in reclaiming freedom. We are currently seeking a Nurse to help guide our clients in their recovery journey.

RN starting rate is $35/hr before shift differentials.

• 1st Shift: Saturday and Sunday $1.50
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday $1.00, Saturday and Sunday $2.00
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday $2.00, Saturday and Sunday $3.00

7:00pm - 7:00am every other weekend.

• Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs:
  All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
• No catheters, no I/Vs, ports, midlines
• Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab that does them)
• Minimal physical requirements: no heavy lifting, no long periods of standing or walking
• No paper MARs – we use active eMAR

• Properly instructs and guides LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments
• Complete initial nursing assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration
• Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol and provide medication education to clients
• Coordinate and support medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
• Other duties as assigned

• Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS card
