• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
• Assist departments in meeting their goals and targets during the shift.

• 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Capable of providing solutions and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive pay starting at $17.00/hr up to $20.00/hr based on experience.
