The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of signage. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime based on business needs.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure the customer has a shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required to complete tasks.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, generally from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead, stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment, handle merchandise up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively.
• Complete required training successfully.
