Job Title

Sales Representative – In‑Home HVAC Sales – straight commission after paid training at Horizon Services, LLC.

Join Maitz Home Services of Allentown, PA in a sales role that requires at least 5 years of prior sales experience, including in‑home sales. Leads are generated for you; there is no cold calling needed. You’ll receive paid training, and then be responsible for analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating sales proposals, finalizing sales, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.

Flexibility in hours— including evenings and weekends— is required.

Salary: $80,000 – $350,000 per year (commission‑based). Job type:
Full‑time, commission.

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution, including the exclusive maintenance program.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
• Follow‑up with existing sales bids and leads to offer additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

• Education:
  
  High School Graduate or GED (required), Associate’s Degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of prior sales experience.
• Prior in‑home sales experience required.
