Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates and tenders.

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

* Producing accurate take-offs and bills of quantities.

* Sending out subcontract and supplier enquiries.

* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.

* Identifying project risks and opportunities.

* Preparing tender adjudication documents.

* Collaborating with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams.

* Maintaining and updating cost databases.
