We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Colne for a 7-week duration to start on Monday 8th June.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating multiple trades on site Supervising approximately 10-12 operatives at any one time Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures are adhered to Monitoring progress and ensuring project programme dates and milestones are achieved Maintaining site standards, productivity, and communication with management teams Requirements:
Proven experience supervising commercial refurbishment projects Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors/trades efficiently Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance on live sites SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid At Work What's on
