HSW Manager

Help Shape the UKs Energy Future HSW Manager Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell

C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

This role will be within the Enabling and Earthwork Section. What will you do? To lead a team of HSW professionals providing support and guidance to the operational teams to deliver andcomply withthe project and CWA HSW goals andobjectivesthroughout the pre-construction, construction, and post construction process, ensuring all legal obligations are met. To providea high levelof support to the operational teams to enable the safe delivery of work.

To work closely with the HSW Director providing tactical support and HSW data and feedback from the work stream. This role will be assigned to the Enabling and Earthworks stream essential in helping us achieve the JO project milestone. What are we looking for? - Experience in leading and managing teams.

- Experience of working on Major Infrastructure Projects.

- Able to use data and information for the preparation of HSW reports.

- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Manager competence
- Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (or working towards) - NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6qualificationin Occupational Health and Safety What we will offer you? The CWA is a single delivery organisation made of up of the client (Sizewell
