An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading construction consultancies supporting the delivery of the nationally significant Sizewell C development.
This role offers the chance to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes, gaining invaluable experience within a high-performing commercial team.
The RoleWorking across major infrastructure packages, you'll support commercial delivery, procurement and contract management while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
Responsibilities- Procurement strategy and tender management
- Cost planning and commercial reporting
- Contract administration
- Managing change control and variations
- Financial forecasting and cost management
- Client and contractor liaison
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Previous infrastructure or major project experience
- Procurement experience is essential
- NEC contract knowledge is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- £45,000 - £55,000
- Hybrid working
