Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Location: Sizewell

I'm currently working with a leading specialist roofing and cladding contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a major £30m package at Sizewell

C.

With approximately 2½ years of work ahead, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get involved in a large-scale project.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day management of roofing and cladding installation works.

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with the programme.

* Manage site health, safety and environmental requirements.

* Coordinate deliveries, materials and site storage.

* Attend daily briefings and site coordination meetings.

* Ensure installation works meet project quality standards and specifications.

* Support quality inspections, snagging and handover processes.

* Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping.

Requirements:

* Proven Site Management experience within roofing, cladding or façades.

* Strong understanding of installation methods, drawings and manufacturer guidelines.

* Experience managing subcontractors on major construction projects.

* Good knowledge of quality inspections and site QA procedures.

* SMSTS, appropriate CSCS/NVQ Management qualification, First Aid and Fire Marshal.

* Experience with Dalux or similar quality management software would be advantageous.

* Based within a commutable distance of Sizewell, Suffolk
