Bungay High School is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Manager and Pastoral Support to join the Pastoral Team. This permanent role is vital in maintaining positive student conduct, managing challenging behaviour, and addressing social-emotional needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong ICT, time management, and communication skills, working closely with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive learning environment. Starting salary is £22,155.00, paid monthly over 12 months, with expected start dates in July or September 2026.
