Panel Wirer

Position: Panel Wirer (Permanent)
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Panel Wirer to join a small, fast‑growth team delivering innovative projects at the forefront of the UK's net‑zero energy transition. In this hands‑on role, you will support the safe and compliant build of integrated Solar PV, EV charging, and Battery Energy Storage systems
The Panel Wirer will:

* Assist with installing and wiring electrical infrastructure across Solar PV, EVCP, BESS, control systems, and associated components.

* Work in accordance with BS7671, relevant Codes of Practice, and established safety protocols.

* Support fault‑finding and rectification activities on installed systems.

* Contribute to maintaining accurate build and installation documentation.

* Ensure all work meets British (BS) and European (EN/CE) compliance standards.

* Collaborate effectively with the electrical team to deliver high‑quality assemblies.
The Panel Wirer will have:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a panel wireman or similar electrical role.

* BSth Edition qualified, with strong familiarity in inspection and testing principles.

* Experience with Ethernet/Modbus communication systems and 12/24V DC control systems, PLCs, and CAN/RS422/RS485.

* Hands‑on experience in Commercial Solar PV and EV charging installations.

* Well‑organised, proficient with hand/power tools, and confident following technical instructions.

* Mechanically adept, with strong experience in assembly and component installation.
