We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our supported living team on night shifts.

This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults with varying support needs, helping them maintain independence while ensuring their safety and wellbeing overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing personal care and emotional support

* Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety throughout the night

* Administering or supporting with medication (where trained)

* Maintaining accurate records

* Promoting dignity, choice, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)

* A caring, patient, and professional approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good communication skills

* Flexibility and reliability
