Minerva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for Support Workers to join a friendly Learning Disability service in Bungay.

You will support residents with their day‑to‑day needs, including personal care, daily routines, and activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You'll be part of a supportive team delivering person‑centred care using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach.

• Caring and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
