Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Project Manager opportunity working for a tier 1 main contractor on a flagship scheme in Suffolk. This is a major scheme requiring an experienced Project manager with experience on residential and government contract schemes.

This is a £100m + mixed use project that will have a variety of construction areas from new build to refurb and looking for a bit of an all-rounder project manager who has delivered projects from start to finish.

This is a Project manager role with a tier 1 main contractor so the ideal candidate will have worked for a large main contractor in the past and has experience working on new build resi, commercial or concrete frame schemes.

This is a major government funded project so it would be advantageous to have NEC form of contract experience.

Looking for a personable project manager who is good at managing teams and ensuring the client and stakeholders ambitions are fulfilled.

• Ensuring projects programme is delivered on time and in budget.
• work closely with design and commercial team
• Manage sub-contractors and report into the construction director and PD.
• Ensure H&S and quality on site is always to a high standard.
