Prime Appointments is working with a busy and growing precision engineering company based just outside Ipswich. We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner or CNC Miller to join their team, producing high-quality components for the Aerospace and Automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set and operate CNC Lathes or Mills to produce precision-engineered components.

Work to tight tolerances, interpreting technical drawings and engineering plans.

Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

Identify and suggest ways to improve productivity and efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in CNC Turning or CNC Milling.

Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in both Milling and Turning is advantageous but not essential.
