St Elizabeth Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Southwold shop at 76 High Street. You will work with the Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations, achieve budgets, promote Gift Aid, and deliver excellent customer service.
You will maintain high merchandising standards and lead a team of volunteers, providing cover across our local retail portfolio as needed by the Area Manager. This role is based in Southwold with charity retail focus.
