Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Aldeburgh store. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) designed to drive store sales and develop the team, while upholding our coastal British brand standards.
You will help recruit, retain and motivate the team, ensure exceptional visual merchandising, and create a shopping experience customers love. Prior retail and fashion experience is essential.
