, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving automobile sales, and establishing lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish, maintains a deep knowledge of our inventory, and has a passion for automobiles.
$50,000.00/yr - $/yr
Duties and Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles and provide detailed information on features and specifications
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions about the driving experience
- Communicate pricing options, financing, and trade‑in values to customers
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business
- 2 years of sales experience; automotive industry preferred
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent is required to support sales operations at the dealership
- All licenses must be converted to a Washington State License within 30 days of employment
- Clean driving record to meet insurability standards
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen
As part of the essential duties, this position requires operating motor vehicles. The employee’s essential duties are such that impairment caused by drug or alcohol could result in significant injury or death.
