Town Nissan is searching for a highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a unique car-buying experience. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering this excellence by assisting customers throughout their car purchasing journey. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.

• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
• Demonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information on features and specifications
• Conducting test drives and answering customer questions about the driving experience
• Communicating pricing options, financing, and trade‑in values to customers
• Maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Assisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Following up with customers post‑sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business

• A valid Washington State Driver’s License or equivalent is required to support sales operations at the dealership.
• All licenses must be converted to a Washington State License within 30 days of employment.
• Clean driving record to meet insurability standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required — Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen

As part of the essential duties, this position requires operating motor vehicles. The employee’s essential duties are such that impairment caused by drug or alcohol could result in significant injury or death.
