Job Description

Job Description

Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Safety Business Partner to serve as a strategic and operational extension of our National Directors of EHS. The role integrates program development, training coordination, administrative excellence, and field support to ensure Sitemetric’s nationwide safety program operates smoothly, consistently, and in compliance with federal and state regulations. This requires communication and alignment across all regions, tracking of safety documentation and training, and translation of safety strategy into operational execution for all relevant Sitemetric teams.

We are looking for a Safety Business Partner who takes pride in serving a critical role in construction and shows up each day with a positive attitude and desire to have impact with a market-leading business. If you are a self-starting, service- and detail-minded team player who wants to be part of a fast-growing, innovative company that’s changing how the construction industry operates, you will flourish with Sitemetric.

About Sitemetric

At Sitemetric, we turn technology into services that transform how the world is built.

This enables our customers to lead the change in critical areas of construction operations: workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, logistics, and more.

We work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to customize offerings to their needs, including digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging and mass texting, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, emergency mustering, and more.

We currently serve as trusted partner to a growing number of the US’s largest, most forward-looking owners and contractors, working with them to ensure what we offer meets their evolving needs, with thousands of companies and workers already on the Sitemetric platform. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.

About the Role

As Safety Business Partner (SBP), you will serve as a strategic and operational extension of Sitemetric’s National Directors of EHS. As such, this role blends program development, training coordination, administrative excellence, and field support to ensure Sitemetric’s nationwide safety program operates smoothly, consistently, and in compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will oversee communication and alignment across all regions, ensure accurate tracking of safety documentation and training, and help translate safety strategy into operational execution for project teams, Access Control Officers (ACOs), Safety Coordinators (SCs), and field staff.

The SBP is an essential contributor to Sitemetric’s belief that safety is not supplemental to the work but how the work is done. This role protects people, supports operational readiness, and strengthens our culture of accountability and care. You will ensure Sitemetric’s operational standards are carried out every day across diverse projects and locations. Your vigilance, engagement, and professionalism safeguard both our people and our partnerships.

In this way you will help Sitemetric redefine safety through technology, accountability, and care. Our EHS Management System integrates real-time data, proactive coaching, and human-performance principles to ensure safety is not a requirement but a shared responsibility. We build environments where compliance is automatic, communication is open, and every worker goes home safe. You will be a critical part of that mission.
