As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. You will contribute to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales and support a positive, high-energy store environment.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and well-presented.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Maintain policies and procedures in all work activities.
