As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You create a welcoming environment and in‑store culture that turns shoppers into repeat buyers and showcases the Famous brand across the family of athletic, fashion, and casual shoes.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in general retail practices.
• Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating a team toward a goal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
• Demonstrated mentoring and training skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable of general retail practices to keep operations smooth.
• Team player who energizes colleagues and works toward shared goals.
• Communicates the store manager’s game plan and remains positive.
• Mentors and trains associates on selling and operations.
• Works a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
