Learn more:  As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will be visible throughout the property, engage with visitors and tenants, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within commercial real estate locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors and tenants with security-related needs and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
