We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! Responsibilities include managing all transaction timelines, keeping documents organized in the client database, supporting the broker and team with various projects, ensuring smooth communication with clients, scheduling important appointments, and handling a high level of phone communication—answering calls promptly and reaching out to clients with updates.

You’ll also help drive our brand forward by managing our database, marketing the company on social media, and assisting with the planning of team and client events. • Manage real estate transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met with current clients
• Organize and maintain client documents and records in the database and files
• Provide direct support to the broker and team on various projects
