We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our East Windsor, CT team.

- Lead process development initiatives from pilot trials through full‑scale manufacturing, ensuring process scalability and repeatability.
- Evaluate and improve existing processing methods, techniques, and automation strategies to support cost, quality, and performance targets.
- Plan and execute projects involving the selection and implementation of new process technologies, concepts, and equipment.
- Investigate complex manufacturing and customer issues, providing hands‑on support and developing corrective actions to resolve root causes.
- Interface with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical problems across the production lifecycle.
- Conduct technical surveillance of process control systems, design concepts, and specification compliance to ensure continuous alignment with performance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional efforts in process knowledge transfer and technical documentation.
- Thermal spray, coating or special process experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience
- 4‑8 years of progressive experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering with increasing technical responsibility and leadership.
- Proven success in developing, scaling, and optimizing complex manufacturing processes in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering judgment and data‑driven problem solving to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and managing competing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
