Accounts Senior – Progression Opportunity | Bexhill | £40,000–£45,000+

Are you an experienced accounts professional ready for your next challenge? This well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice on the Sussex coast is seeking a dedicated Accounts Senior to join their Bexhill team. With a strong track record of developing talent from within, this firm offers a genuine opportunity to grow into a future management role.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounts preparation for a varied portfolio of clients. While the focus is on accounts work, there may be opportunities to support on personal tax during busy periods. As you grow within the role, you’ll gradually gain exposure to GP accounts and develop your client management responsibilities, paving the way for a potential step into a managerial position in the future.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
• Strong experience in accounts preparation within practice
• Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Keen to progress and develop towards a management role over time
• Any experience with GP accounts or personal tax would be a bonus, but not essential

• Competitive salary circa £40,000–£45,000 (flexibility for the right person)
