Join a respected, growing multi‑office accountancy practice as a Senior or Semi Senior Accountant in its Eastbourne office.
You will play a key role in supporting a varied client portfolio, supervising ACA trainees, and assisting on audits during peak periods. This position suits someone with solid practice experience who can provide day‑to‑day leadership in a developing team.

Salary, Benefits & Location

* £40,000–£47,500 depending on experience

* 5 days per week in the office ideally (hybrid available after probation — typically 1 day from home)

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

* Preparing accounts for a diverse range of clients

* Assisting on audit assignments throughout the year

* Providing support, guidance and supervision to ACA trainees

* Handling client queries and working closely with managers and seniors

* Contributing to continuous improvement across the office

Essential Skills & Experience

* UK Practice experience, strong accounts preparation skills, and some audit exposure, plus the confidence to support and guide ACA trainees
