Our client, a well-established accountancy firm set in a beautiful location, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Bookkeeper. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional familiar with Quickbooks and Xero, who can efficiently manage VAT returns and provide exceptional client support over the phone.

• Manage and maintain client bookkeeping records using Quickbooks and Xero.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Provide clients with clear, understandable guidance on bookkeeping issues over the telephone.
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Resolve client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper within an accountancy practice.
• Strong proficiency in Quickbooks and Xero.
• Solid understanding of VAT returns and related processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
