Hotel Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and organised Hotel Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Hours per day - 6 (30 hours per week), some flexibility if required. £12.80 per hour

• Processing invoices and payments
• Bank reconciliations and cashiering
• Assisting with month end and financial records and reporting
• Supporting the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks
• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing

• Previous accounts experience (hotel experience would be advantageous)
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• A sense of humour
