We are recruiting on behalf of a leading compliance company for a Reports Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position where you will play a key role in producing and reviewing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance before they are sent to clients. The role is repetitive but essential for maintaining high standards.

• Prepare and format reports using data from the service management system.
• Check spelling, grammar, and compliance standards before reports are issued.
• Liaise with field operatives to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Upload reports to customer portals and ensure timely delivery.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong English skills.
• Patience and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Experience with PDF editing tools (Foxit or Adobe Acrobat).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).
• Highly organised, proactive, and a team player.
