- Salary of £19,515 (pro‑rata for 32.5 hours) based on Single Status Grade 4.9 (£25,185 FTE); terms: 46 weeks, 08:30–15:30, 5 days, 32.5 hrs per week with unpaid half‑hour lunch and a successful six‑month probationary review.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support day‑to‑day operations in one of our schools. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing general clerical support, especially coordinating documentation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).
- Minute meetings and maintain pupil data on the Trust’s information system, Bromcom, and submit Census Returns.
- Providing main office cover when required.
- Using standard Microsoft software, including Excel.
- Communicating with Trust team members, professionals and agencies.
- MAY be required to work at any of our six sites permanently or as cover.
- Genuine passion for education and the well‑being of children.
- Drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Excellent communication and word‑processing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust.
