Eastbourne (West Sussex)
£45,000 - £65,000 OTE
Our client is a privately owned automotive Dealer Group who are looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Leader in the Eastbourne area to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of their busy workshop.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who understands technician productivity, quality control, workflow and manufacturers standards - and is confident leading a busy team..
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the daily workshop operation, workload and capacity
Leading, motivating and developing technicians and apprentices
Controlling productivity, efficiency and utilisation
Ensuring quality of work, right-first-time repairs and technical standards
Supporting diagnostics and technical problem-solving
Managing health & safety, housekeeping and compliance
Working closely with Service Advisors and Parts to optimise throughput
Supporting manufacturers standards, audits and warranty quality
Overall budget, team and profitability requirements
About You
You will:
Have proven experience in Aftersales
Come from a franchised automotive dealership background
Have strong technical understanding and workshop credibility
Be confident managing people, performance and discipline where required
Be organised, decisive and comfortable under pressure
Have experience with main dealer
Automotive workshop experience is essential.

£45,000 - £65,000 OTE
