As a Community Brokerage Co-Ordinator you can make a real difference sourcing homecare for people who need it.
You will negotiate individual packages of care and participate in making sure resources are used effectively to ensure value for money. Engaging with key providers to enhance positive working practices and development and growth of services.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can work cooperatively and supportively as a team member, negotiating and problem solving to achieve results.
- Can work positively and professionally, open to new ideas and responsive to feedback.
- Have written and verbal skills including influencing, discretion, negotiating and diplomacy.
- Are able to listen, empathise and assess risk, utilising these skills in difficult situations.
- Have emotional intelligence, with the ability to stay impartial when negotiating with and influencing providers of care services in a commercial business setting, earning, and holding their respect.
