Long-term Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site About the Role A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support delivery of a major high street regeneration scheme in Eastbourne. This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a proactive and technically strong individual who thrives in a site-based environment and is confident managing packages from inception through to completion.
The role will involve taking ownership of key elements of the works, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in line with programme and commercial targets.
