Site Manager

Location: Polegate

Site Manager Beverley £24.35 per hour - £30.00 per hour - This role falls inside of IR35 and will be paid as PAYE. Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the housing development Supervising subcontractors and site personnel Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard Coordinating trades and managing site activities Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met Requirements:
Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential Valid First Aid certificate - essential Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively Previous experience working on busy construction sites Full PPE Ability to start immediately If you meet the above requirements and are available for an immediate start, please apply for the Site Manager position now by calling Jack on  LRT
