As an SEN Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties. You'll support learning, communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines—helping each pupil feel understood, safe, and ready to learn.
