Full-time Term-time only

This school is a brand-new SEND setting, built to offer exceptional support and opportunities for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. We are looking for experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who want to be part of something purposeful from day one.

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help them achieve the best possible outcomes
• Working closely with teaching staff to adapt and deliver learning activities
• Providing support with personal care, medical needs, and moving & handling (training provided if needed)
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting assessments and exams when needed

• Experience in a SEND or specialist school environment
• A calm, confident, and flexible approach
• Someone who can bring consistency and compassion to every day
• Willingness to be hands‑on and proactive across a range of responsibilities
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs
