Engage Education Ltd in Hailsham is seeking a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. This full-time role offers an immediate start and potential for a permanent position within the school.
You will work with pupils to develop confidence and resilience, building positive relationships and supporting learning both in and out of the classroom. Relevant experience is desirable, with training and ongoing support provided.
