Day-to-day of the role:

• Work primarily on a 1:1 basis, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), e.g ASD, SLD, PMLD and Emotional Behaviour.

• Engage with children to facilitate their academic and personal growth.

• Participate in a paid trial to demonstrate your capabilities and get a real taste of working at the school.

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create a positive learning environment.

• Provide personal care and support as needed, ensuring the well-being and development of each child.
