Super Hiring in Eastbourne is seeking a Learning Support and Behaviour Mentor to join our education team as a Teaching Assistant. You will support pupils aged 5–18 with SEN and SEMH needs, both in class and through personal development activities.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with therapists and care teams, and traveling to our Ninfield site two afternoons a week. Term-time only, with 39 weeks per year.
