Academics Agency are currently recruiting an Inclusion Support Worker to join a welcoming primary school in Eastbourne.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children who need additional support to access learning, build confidence and feel included within the classroom.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with additional needs
Encouraging engagement with learning
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Building positive relationships with pupils
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO

The Ideal Candidate :

Experience supporting children with additional needs
Patient, calm and nurturing
Confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
School, SEN, childcare, youth work or support experience is desirable
