We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Built Environment professional to lead our T Level Design, Surveying and Planning programme and help shape the future workforce. Working with ambitious learners, you'll deliver inspiring lessons, share your industry expertise, and play a key role in preparing students for successful careers within the Built Environment sector.
Whether your background is in Architecture, Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management, this is an opportunity to share your knowledge, inspire future professionals and make a real difference to learners' lives. You will lead a well-established T Level programme and work closely with a dedicated team of specialist teachers to ensure students develop the breadth of knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress into industry, apprenticeships or higher education.
Thisexciting role will include:
- Leading and developing our successful T Level Design, Surveying and Planning programme.
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to learners who are keen to embark on careers within the Built Environment.
- Managing and supporting a small team of specialist teachers to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
- Developing and enhancing the existing curriculum to ensure it remains current, relevant and aligned to industry needs.
- Leading work placement procurement and developing employer partnerships, a key feature of all T Level programmes.
- Bringing industry knowledge and experience into the classroom to motivate and inspire students.
- Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external stakeholders to support learner success.
- Industry experience and relevant qualification within Architecture, Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a related Built Environment discipline.
- A passion for developing the next generation of Built Environment professionals.
- Experience of leading, developing or managing curriculum provision, teams or projects.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- An ambitious, collaborative and learner-focused approach.
- An understanding of employer engagement and work placement opportunities, or the ability to develop strong industry partnerships.

Annual salary: £30,000 - £42,000
(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience – please note the top of the payscale is reserved for highly qualified and experienced teachers.)
Hours:
Part time – 15 Hours / 52.14 weeks (Possibility for full time in near future.)
