Teacher SMT responsibilities; Southfield Trust

Working pattern:
Full-time

Position is based at Summerdown School, but candidates may be required to work on any of the Trust’s sites.

The Trust is looking to appoint a full-time Teacher with Senior Management responsibilities from January 2027, subject to a successful six month probationary period.

The salary range is Main Teacher Pay Scale with TLR 2 plus a SEN Allowance of £2,885 per annum.

• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will not be considered for this post.
