The job in two bullet points- Aged Debt Management:
Monitor and manage aged debt, producing regular reports and providing clear updates to senior management. - Customer Account Management:
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer accounts, ensuring all customer correspondence and activity is correctly logged within the system.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our finance team in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s credit and collections processes, ensuring timely customer payments, resolving account queries, and supporting a strong financial control environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion, and experience within credit control or accounts receivable—or a solid understanding of business administration. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to resolve issues efficiently and improve overall cash flow.
You will be comfortable using financial systems and tools; experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce would be an advantage.
